If you’re not completely satisfied with your piece, we offer a money-back guarantee on our in-stock items to ensure a no-risk shopping experience. Custom pieces are non-refundable. Once you receive your item, you have 7 days to return that item for a full refund or exchange…your choice! • If a customer has excessive returns, we reserve the right to charge a 40% restocking fee.
• All returns must be postmarked by the 7-day deadline.

When Can Item Not Be Returned?

• We do not accept returns on items advertised “As-Is” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of the sale. This will be clearly stated and visible to the customer at time of purchase.
• Returns are not accepted for any items that have been sized or altered in any manner by anyone other than Tara Gray Jewelry.
• Special orders and custom pieces are not able to be returned for a refund, but can be exchanged.
